To streamline and improve our support for marketing-related requests, we have moved our Marketing Helpdesk to a dedicated Zoho Desk portal. Please use this new portal for all marketing inquiries and ticket submissions. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
Visit the Portal Open your browser and go to the new Marketing Helpdesk portal at: https://support.acdcexpress.com/portal
Log In
Use your existing email address and password to log in.
If you encounter any issues, click on "Sign Up" or "Forgot Password" to set up your account.
You will land on the form where you need to complete your request
Fill in the Ticket Details
Select your Store
Request Type: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown:
Branding and Visual Identity
Customer Engagement
Marketing Communication
Marketing Material
Stationery and Office Needs
Digital Media and Advertising
Miscellaneous Requests
Subject: Provide a brief and clear subject for your request.
Description: Add detailed information about your request. Include any relevant deadlines, references, or attachments.
Please note: We have recently moved marketing to its own desk. As part of this change, there are fewer options to select when submitting a ticket. You will need to provide more specific details in your requests—the more information you include, the better we can assist you.
Attach Files (if applicable)
Upload any supporting documents, designs, or examples to help us understand your needs better.
Submit the Ticket
Click "Submit" to log your ticket.
You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number for tracking purposes.
View Open Tickets
Log in to the portal and navigate to "My Tickets" to see all your open and closed tickets.
Check Ticket Status
You can monitor the progress of your ticket under the "Status" column (e.g., Open, In Progress, Resolved).
If you encounter any issues accessing the portal or submitting a ticket, please log a ticket with the IT Department as usual.
You may not need to register again to use the new portal. However, if your login details do not work, you have two options:
Use the "Forgot Password" option to receive a reset link.
Register a new account if necessary.
